Through guided adventure, focused leadership coaching, and time away from the noise, reset how you think, communicate, and decide with other driven leaders.
✓ Daily Adventures ✓ Strategic Coaching ✓ Meaningful Connections
Limited to 10–20 participants • Application required • Demanding physical activity expected
Real leadership isn't about being fearless
It's about being trusted to decide when conditions are uncertain.
Through guided adventure, focused leadership coaching, and time away from the noise; reset how you think, communicate, and decide with other driven leaders and teams under real pressure… not conference room theory.
Progress stops without purpose
You rarely step far enough away to see clearly. Without clear, purposeful progression leaders and teams become stagnant. Adventure is a need, not a luxury.
- You miss challenge that sharpens instead of drains
- Life and business feel all consuming without balance
- You carry responsibility few others understand
- High-stakes decisions are your daily existence
- You're ready to recenter focus on what drives you
Most leaders don't plateau due to ability. They're lacking space, challenge, and perspective.
Real Challenge.
Real Perspective.
Real Change.
We don't change without challenge. Each day's adventure places you in real conditions that demand focus, trust, and decisive action the same qualities required to lead well when the stakes are high.

The Setting
Where Ancient Rivers Meet Modern Leadership
Nestled in the heart of West Virginia's New River Gorge National Park, ACE Adventure Resort sits on 1,500 wooded acres of pristine Appalachian wilderness. This isn't just a backdrop—it's a catalyst for transformation. The same landscape that has shaped rivers for millions of years will reshape how you think, lead, and live.
Ancient Waters
The New River is one of the oldest rivers in the world—over 300 million years old, predating the Appalachian Mountains themselves.
America's Newest National Park
Designated as America's 63rd National Park in 2020, protecting 72,000+ acres of pristine wilderness and 53 miles of free-flowing river.
World-Class Adventure
Home to some of the best whitewater rafting on the East Coast, with Class III-V rapids on both the New and Gauley Rivers.
"The New River Gorge is where the impossible becomes possible—where ancient geology meets modern adventure, and where leaders discover what they're truly capable of."
