Please join us for an intimate evening celebrating the extraordinary wines of Mas Doix, one of Priorat’s most acclaimed estates, with special guest Valentí Llagostera, owner and winemaker of Mas Doix, visiting from Spain.

Located in the village of Poboleda in the heart of Priorat, Mas Doix was founded in 1998 by Valentí and Ramon Llagostera, continuing a family winegrowing tradition that stretches back generations. The estate is known for its remarkable old-vine Garnacha and Cariñena, grown in Priorat’s iconic llicorella slate soils, including historic vineyard parcels with vines more than a century old.

These rugged, mineral-rich vineyards produce wines of remarkable depth, elegance and character, and Mas Doix has earned exceptional international acclaim for its ability to express the unique personality of Priorat with both power and finesse.

For this very special evening, Chef Che Peña of Unidos Restaurant & Wine Bar has created an incredible multi-course menu thoughtfully designed to pair with a selection of Valentí’s wines. Throughout dinner, Valentí will personally guide guests through the wines, sharing the stories behind his family, the vineyards, the terroir of Poboleda and the philosophy that has made Mas Doix one of the benchmark producers of Priorat.

With its small, intimate setting, Unidos is the perfect place for an evening like this. Guests will have the rare opportunity to enjoy these remarkable wines just a few feet from the winemaker, ask questions and experience Mas Doix in a way that simply isn’t possible at a larger tasting.

Because of the size of the restaurant, seating will be extremely limited, with only a small number of tickets available.

Tickets are $135 per person, all-inclusive of tax and gratuity.
