In order to make the parking experience as smooth as possible for all parents and spectators of the Maryland XC Invitational, Charm City Run will offer two pre-paid parking options for 2025. Please read the options below carefully and note that only handicap and coach parking will be permitted onsite at Shawan Downs on race day. 

Spectator parking in 2024 was challenging due to limited space and transportation options. This year, we have doubled our spectator parking capacity, and have tripled the number of shuttle buses to transport spectators. 

Spectator Parking is available in two locations:

1. LOT A - Executive Plaza - 210 Schilling Circle, Hunt Valley, MD 21031 (Map). 
2. LOT B - Schilling Square - 215 Schilling Circle, Hunt Valley, MD 21031 (Map)

Spectators will be shuttled via bus directly to the spectator viewing area at Shawan Downs. Remote parking is $12.60 (including processing fee) and can be purchased online or onsite (card only - no cash will be accepted). Please be prepared to show the QR Code from your confirmation email upon arrival if you purchase parking online. Buses will leave each lot on a rolling basis starting at 7:00 AM.

Please plan to arrive at the spectator parking lots no later than 1 hour prior to your child's scheduled race time to account for loading/unloading and transportation time. 

Buses returning to the spectator parking lots will stop at BOTH lots, so spectators can board the first available bus. The last bus will depart Shawan Downs at 4:30 PM (1 hour after the final awards ceremony). 

Additional parking maps will be posted closer to meet day.

Spectator parking passes are nonrefundable.
