When: Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 6:00 pm

Where: Holiday Inn Memphis-University of Memphis Campus, 3700 Central Ave., Memphis, TN

All MRTC members and their guests are welcome! If you registered for the 2024 Road Race Series, your entry is free. Guests are welcome and the price of admission will be $35 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under. This is also the cost for members who did not register for the Road Race Series.

If you were a regular volunteer in 2024, you will get an email with a unique link to RSVP to the party. 

Dinner will be served prior to the distribution of awards. Please enjoy the buffet dinner, while we conduct the Awards Ceremony. There will be beer and wine selections, as well as a cash bar. Music and dancing to follow!

Road Race Series Finisher's Items (completed at least one of each distance OR six total races) and Road Warrior's Items (completed all 10 races) and Mini-Series Warriors (for children completing the first 6) will be distributed at the party. The Finisher's items are separate from the shirt given to all series registrants. All awards and Road Race Series items can be picked up locally after the party. Location TBD.
