Event Description

The 34th Annual Mayhaw Festival is ready to accept vendor applications! Please read carefully before applying, as a few procedures have changed: 

  • Applications are now submitted online (see below)  During the initial submission, the total will show as $0. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a private link via email to pay for your selected space. Your spot is confirmed only after payment is received.
  • Approval notifications will begin on February 27th. If your application is not accepted, you will be notified so you can make alternative plans.
  • The application deadline is April 17th at 4:00 PM.
  • To support our fundraising efforts, NPOs that sell items or services must now pay a reduced booth fee. NPOs that are not selling items may still participate for free, provided they offer an interactive element (e.g., a game, raffle, or activity) to engage guests.
  • Vendor spaces are capped at a maximum of 10x20 (double space) to accommodate as many participants as possible.
  • To ensure a high-quality experience and variety, we are implementing category caps (e.g., lemonade, crochet, baked goods). Please use your application to highlight what makes your business unique.
  • Our theme this year is Mayhaw. While not required, we highly encourage all retail booths to offer at least one Mayhaw-related product.
  • Electricity is only available to those who prepay for it. Please determine your power needs in advance and plan accordingly.
  • We offer 2 types of application: One-time, and with Membership. The one time fee is a flat vendor fee with no extra benefits. The membership fee includes a "Friend" level membership to the South Arkansas Historical Preservation Society. You'll receive our newsletter, be invited to quarterly mixers, reduced vendor fees through-out the year, and more!  

One-Time Fees (Flat Vendor Fee; no membership perks or future discounted rates)

  • 10x10 Retail - $75
  • 10x20 Retail - $150
  • Food Truck -$150

Fees w/ SAHPS Membership (includes $25 "Friend" Membership + Vender Fee; reduced fees at additional vendor events throughout the year)

  • 10x10 Retail - $50
  • 10x20 Retail - $75
  • Food Truck - $125

Non-Profit Fees (no membership perks or future discounted rates)

  • 10x10 No Sales - Free
  • 10x10 w/Sales - $25
  • 10x20 w/Sales - $40
