What's involved in Mindful Mondays? Well......

  • 30-minute sessions of meditative techniques to use in daily life
  • Breathing exercises
  • Opportunities to reduce stress, seizures, and anxiety
  • Possibility of increasing self-esteem, self-compassion, sleep quality, and quality of life

This is a VIRTUAL event. This will be led by a volunteer and our Mental Health Program Manager. 

This will take place every 2 weeks for six sessions. Once you register, you will receive an email with the Zoom link.
