Our Pat, Feed & Walk a Pony experience offers a hands-on, interactive experience with our miniature horses! It's a fantastic way for kids and adults to learn about these adorable and amazing animals up close and personal. Lead by Caitlin and Loren, our experienced pony handlers, we make sure parents and kids are safe while exploring the world of horses. 

Why Join?

Simple Introduction: If your child is curious about horses but not quite ready for riding or you don’t know where to start- our class is the perfect introduction. It is a safe, supportive environment, and designed for kids of all ages.
Educational Fun: In addition to the fun activities, kids will learn about horse anatomy, basic care needs for horses, and much more while fostering their curiosity for horses. 
Life Skills: Beyond the horse-related knowledge, our class promotes essential life skills like responsibility, empathy, and patience.
Meet New Friends: Your child will have the opportunity to meet others with similar interests in a safe and welcoming environment. 

What’s involved: 
Participants will be assigned a pony that will be your best friend for the class! 
Meeting the mini-horses
Brushing and decorating a pony
Learning the names for grooming tools
Learning how to safely feed a pony (ie. hay, apples or carrots)
Learning the names of horse parts, names of horse colors, and more!
Learning how to lead a pony
Horse games on foot
Cost: $80  / 60 minutes 
No horse riding/lead rides
