Our event brings together hundreds of runners, walkers, healthcare professionals, families, and community supporters who share a common purpose: celebrating our nurses and supporting the next generation of nursing professionals!

VENDOR REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Choose the package that best suits your needs!

OPTION 1: VENDOR FULL SET-UP

$250.00 + $7.96 Processing Fee = $257.96 Total

Your package includes:

• One 10' × 10' vendor space
• One 10' × 10' tent
• One 6-foot table
• Two chairs

Just bring your products, promotional materials, and enthusiasm — we'll provide the basic set-up!

OPTION 2: VENDOR SPACE ONLY

$75.00 + $2.89 Processing Fee = $77.89 Total

Your package includes:

• One 10' × 10' vendor space

Please note: Vendors selecting this option are responsible for providing their own tent, table, chairs, and any additional equipment needed for their booth.

IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS

1. Certificate of Insurance

All vendors selling merchandise, food and beverage are required to provide their own Certificate of Insurance meeting the following minimum coverage requirements:

• $2,000,000 General Aggregate
• $1,000,000 Commercial General Liability
• Additional Insured Endorsement: The insurance policy must include the required additional insured language in accordance with Bonelli Park's regulations.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting the required insurance documentation prior to the event.

2. Additional Fee for Merchandise & Food Sales

Vendors selling food, beverages, merchandise, or other products will be subject to an additional $30 per vendor fee, as required by Bonelli Park.

This fee is separate from the vendor registration fee and applies to vendors conducting sales during the event. (+ $1.58 Processing Fee)

3. Food & Beverage Vendors

Vendors selling food or beverages must obtain their own required health permits and comply with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Food and beverage vendors are responsible for securing the appropriate permits and providing any equipment necessary for safe food handling, preparation, and service.

Vendors planning to offer food or beverage samples should also verify whether additional permits or approvals are required.

4. Registration & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm and reserve your vendor space.

5. Vendor Set-Up

Saturday, May 15, 2027 | 6:00 AM

Vendors should plan to arrive in time to complete their booth set-up before event activities begin.

6. Additional Event Details

Further instructions regarding vendor check-in, booth assignments, parking, and set-up procedures will be shared as the event approaches.

7. Refund & Weather Policy

All vendor registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
