Information
The Nexus Endurance Training will assist you in conquering your dreams and goals of completing in the Ft. Harrison Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K and the Monumental Marathon weekend.
The Jump Start Training program will consist of 4 weeks, in-person training to prove that you can be mentally prepared with your dreams and goals, and continue with our Yes You Can!, ~ 14-week in-person program (or other programs) before you have to commit to a fee.
- Weekly Time Line
- Check-in, Handouts, Registration: 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm
- Coaches Training Session: 6:15 pm - 7:15 pm
- Break: 7:15 pm - 7:30 pm
- Group Run/Walk (optional) 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm
