Welcome to our HVIG-sponsored event:  Seeking the Spiritual Path:  Steps 10, 11 & 12.

We're excited that you're here!  There are two different options for attending the event.  The first option is to register for a free ticket.  The second option is to purchase a $5 ticket that supports the HVIG, OA World Service and the OA Virtual Intergroup.  The $5 ticket option gives you the option to pay the per ticket service fee (around $1), or to pass the payment of the per ticket service fee onto the HVIG to pay.  All our welcome to attend!

Those who suffer from compulsive eating experience a wide range of symptoms and conditions. From the 12 Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, Step 10 calls for reflection on one's past and present behaviors, and how to correct our errors as they happen. Step 11 calls for prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with a higher power. And Step 12 calls for the the practice of carrying the message to those who still suffer from compulsive eating and to practice these principles in all our affairs.
