Information
The Purple Light Project (PLP) was founded in 2020 to support patients across Hartford HealthCare's Behavioral Health Network — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For many patients, the barriers to reaching and remaining in recovery go beyond clinical care. A warm coat, a meal, a bus voucher to get to a safe place — these things can make the difference between moving forward or falling through the cracks. PLP fills those gaps directly, providing food vouchers, transportation, warm clothing, and hygiene and dignity supplies to patients in their most vulnerable moments.
Every dollar raised through the Golf Tournament goes directly to patients to provide real support at the moment that matters most.
