WAIVER AGREEMENT
Rocket City Fit Fest is a free event but RSVP is required. When you RSVP you will be agreeing to the health and injury waiver. Signup now to avoid waiting in line day of event.
I acknowledge that participation in the fitness program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, and serious injury, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Rocket City Fit Fest, its instructors, all gyms and vendors from any and all liability, claims, and demands resulting from any injury or damage incurred during my participation. I assume full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, or property damage I may sustain as a result of participating in this activity.
