Are you ready to hit the trail and train for a 5k? If so, join the Rain Bear Running Club for this 5-week training class. This group will train for Run the Peninsula's beautiful Spruce Railroad 5k on October 4th!
This class is for you if you are new to running or it's been a while since you've logged some miles. We will start out at half a mile to a mile and work our way up to 3 miles! We'll use a run/walk method to get you moving! Approachable and fun!
Groups will meet up at Morse Creek at 5:30pm on Thursdays. There truly is nothing like running in the fall in the PNW!
