Raise the Bar is more than a bachelor auction, t's a community celebration with a purpose.
Every featured bachelor serves as a Scholarship Ambassador, helping transform an evening of fun, laughter, and friendly competition into educational opportunities for deserving Seminole County students.
By volunteering your time and personality, you'll help inspire generous bidding that directly supports scholarships awarded by the Rotary Club of Seminole County Sunset Foundation, Inc.
In 2026, thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, bidders, and supporters, we awarded $25,000 in scholarships to exceptional local students.
Our mission is simple:

Every paddle raised helps invest in tomorrow's leaders.
What Does a Scholarship Ambassador Do?
As a featured bachelor, you'll become one of the faces of Raise the Bar and help tell the story behind our scholarship mission.
You'll be introduced during the live auction, featured in our digital Bid Book, and spend an enjoyable evening helping us raise funds that change lives.
Most importantly, you'll represent a cause that creates lasting opportunities for local students.
What's Included?
As a Scholarship Ambassador, you'll receive:
🍽 A hosted dinner date for two, generously provided by one of our restaurant partners.
📖 A feature in The Bid Book, our digital event program viewed by every attendee.
🍸 A personalized Bar Report, showcasing your personality, interests, and signature skills.
🎤 Recognition during the live auction, where you'll help generate excitement and scholarship support.
🎓 The opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of Seminole County students.
Who Should Apply?
We're looking for outgoing, community-minded individuals who enjoy meeting people and having fun while supporting a meaningful cause.
Whether you nominate yourself or a friend nominates you, we'd love to hear from you.
You don't need modeling experience.
You don't need auction experience.
You just need a positive attitude and a willingness to help students succeed.
The Application Process
The application takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.
You'll be asked to:
- Tell us a little about yourself
- Select your signature Bar Ratings
- Answer a few fun personality questions
- Upload several photos
- Share what makes you uniquely you
We'll use your responses to create your personalized Bar Report, featured in The Bid Book during the event.
