- Please ensure you do NOT park in any spaces that are marked residential. Please note that parking in several of the areas listed are Paid Parking.

General Questions
I’m an event attendee, what time can I arrive?

Am I allowed to bring a pet to the event?

No pets allowed on the festival grounds: This includes dogs, cats, iguanas, snakes, tigers, and any other animals.

Can I bring a tent, umbrella, chairs, etc?

Yes! Anything that may block the view of others though, will only be allowed on the outside edge of the performance area.
Ticket Questions
What tickets do I need for the festival?
- You need a either a one day pass, two day, or VIP pass to access the festival
Do I need to show my ticket upon arrival?

Yes, you will need to show our attendants your ticket upon arrival (this is relevant for both Friday & Saturday). You may print your tickets, or show the confirmation email on your phone.
Can I upgrade my ticket?

Yes! You can upgrade your ticket prior to the event by emailing us at jenn@ccmrd.com or at the ticket station at the event day of.
Can I buy tickets on site?

Yes! But we highly recommend you buy tickets ahead of time to ensure access and ease of entry. We will have 2 Day Passes, and Saturday Access available to buy on site.
Is there any way to cancel my order or get a refund?

No refunds are allowed for this event.
Can I smoke at the event?

No smoking within the festival grounds . Designated smoking areas will be provided.
Parking Questions
Where should I park?

Parking directly in front of the event site is limited to VIP ticket holders.

There is limited parking along County Road 314 (which requires a short walk to the festival grounds)

Main event parking is located throughout Idaho Springs and will be served via shuttles.

We encourage our local residents to walk or bike to the event!
Are there Shuttles?

Yes! The majority of parking is within walking/biking distance, or you can utilize our FREE shuttle service.
Where and when do the shuttles pick up?

We will be running shuttles on both Friday and Saturday, see pick up locations and times below (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

Food and Beverage Questions
Will there be food and/or drinks on site?

Yes we will have a variety of vendors on site selling food and drinks.
Can I bring in outside food/and or drink?

No outside alcohol or glass containers are allowed. Please feel free to bring in your own cooler with food and non-alcoholic drinks.
Dog Policy
WE LOVE DOGS!!! BUT…

Service Animals Only Please. Service animals are working animals trained to perform tasks for the benefit of individuals with physical or mental disabilities such as:

Guiding people who are blind,

Alerting people who are deaf,

Alerting and protecting people who are prone to seizures,

Or other tasks directly related to a disability.

Dogs whose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
If your pet is not a service animal, please make arrangements for the animal as they will not be allowed on festival property.
