Event Description
Join Charm City Run Frederick for a morning run - the perfect way to start the day!
We will meet at 6:00AM at the store! We are a “prompt” group and leave at 6:03AM! Many different pace groups, please don’t be intimidated and join the fun!
For 3 miles go out 1.5 miles and turn back :)
