The 76th Anniversary Royal Court Coronation

Join us for the 76th Anniversary Royal Court Coronation, a cherished tradition celebrating the leadership, excellence, and cultural legacy of the Bud Billiken Parade. Witness the crowning of the King, Queen, Crown Prince, Crown Princess, Prince, and Princess, as they take on the honor of representing Bud Billiken youth throughout the year.

Since 1949, the Royal Court has uplifted African-American youth in Chicago, providing them with a platform to embrace leadership, confidence, and community service. Open to youth aged 11 to 13, this experience highlights the values of excellence, integrity, and tradition that define the Bud Billiken legacy.
