The seminar and social will be held at Harpoon Brew Hall in Boston, MA. The address is:

We'll have the space to ourselves for the occasion, so bring your questions and come ready to make new connections within your local endurance events community. 

 

When is this?

The full roadshow will be on Saturday, January 28th from 10am-1pm. 10pm-12pm will dedicated to an industry upate and educational session, while 12pm-1pm will allow time for you to meet our team, connect with friends in the industry, and expand your local network. You can extend this time in the main brewery if your conversations aren't wrapped up by 1pm.

 

I have a lot of questions. Will there be time for me to ask all of them?

Yes, although maybe not all of them during the seminar. We will be offering sign-ups for one-on-one meetings in the day before or after the seminar to any registered participants. Look for signups for those meetings in January. 

 

Three hours is a long time. Will there be food or drinks?

Yes! Our networking happy hour includes drinks (alcoholic and otherwise) and pretzels. Leave the credit card at home - it's on us as a thank you for joining us.

 

Do I get anything else? It's a long drive and I want to make sure it's worth it.

Of course. We'll also have printed and digital copies of the 2022 RaceTrends Report (published in January) for every attendee, as well as a thank you gift to take home. 

 

I want to sign up, but I don't have my work scheduled yet. Should I still register?

Sure! Space is limited, so if you want to make sure there's room for you, sign up. Just make sure that if things change you come back and let us know ASAP so we can open that spot up for someone else!

 

Something came up. Can I cancel my registration?

Maybe! We have a round of roadshow seminars planned for winter of 2022, but we're hoping to expand the program in the future so we can meet even more of you, where you are.
