RunSignup University FAQ
Now in it's third year, RunSignup University is a 2 day, hands on educational class for race organizers. What sets us apart from other race director conferences? We're focused on actionable learnings and in-class updates. Bring your laptop.
Classes are divided between:
- Industry best practices
- Introductory classes for key products
- Hands-on workshops with tangible output
- Targeted group sessions to collaborate on real-world event challenges.
2026 RunSignup University will be held on the campus of Saint Paul College, in Saint Paul Minnesota. The address for the college is 235 Marshall Ave, St Paul, MN 55102.
RunSignup University will be held on June 17th & 18th, 2026. The schedule overview is:
Wednesday, June 17th:
Class 8:00am-5:00pm
Happy Hour 6:00pm-8:00pm
Thursday, June 18th:
Gym Class: Optional Morning Run
Class 8:00am-3:00pm
RunSignup is for race directors with an interest in learning more about the endurance industry and how to use technology to grow revenue, streamline operations, and improve the race day experience. While timers are welcome to attend, the focus will be on RunSignup's main suite of tools, not the RaceDay Suite (we'll be back at the Timer Summit next winter for that).
- Experienced RunSignup race directors looking to catch up on the latest releases and maximize the value of technology for their event.
- Newer RunSignup race directors with a basic understanding of race directing and RunSignup Technology who are looking to take the next step.
- Timers who want to master the latest RunSignup technology to support their races and increase their revenue opportunities beyond timing. The emphasis will be on RunSignup tools rather than deep-dives into RaceDay technology.
