Pick the Dorm that Suits You

Students have the option to stay on-site at the Scarritt Bennett Center in actual dorms, or to get a little more space with one of the many hotel options within walking distance of class. More information on each option is below; please feel free to stay wherever you are most comfortable

On-Site Dorms

To reserve a dorm with our discounted rate, you must call the SBC Front Desk Directly at 615-340-7469. Representatives are available from 8am-9pm CST.

Room Options:

All rooms have a 1-time cleaning fee of $25 per reservation. Houses have a 1-time fee of $100.

Twin Dorm - $80.00 base price with tax is $95.50 (One twin bed sharing a restroom with one other twin room). The majority of rooms are setup this way. To make your room private, you may purchase the entire suite - prices start at $130.00, depending on bed size. Please inquire when making your reservation.

Full Dorm - $90.00 base price with tax is $107.13 (One full bed sharing a restroom with one other room). Limited Available Rooms

Queen Dorm - $100 base price with tax is $119.75 (One Queen bed sharing a restroom with one other room). Very Limited Available Rooms

Houses:

1001 18th Avenue South – $700.00 per night base rate (1 double bed, 2 kings, 2 twin beds, and 1 set of bunk beds, sleeps 2)
1003 18th Avenue South - $700.00 per night base rate (1 double bed, 2 kings, 2 twin beds)

There are very few private rooms between the various sleeping buildings. Those rooms do cost more than the prices stated above (starting at $130.00) Please inquire when making your reservation.
