Join us for a special San Francisco Beer Week paired Beer + Dinner showcasing the culinary vision of Chef Daniel alongside thoughtfully curated pairings from Brewmaster Lars Larson. This multi-course experience highlights seasonal ingredients, global inspiration, and beers crafted to complement each dish.

Doors open at 6:00pm, dinner is served at 7:00pm.

Winter Panzanella with Golden Beets, Marinated Fennel, Grilled Levain, Chicories, w/ Sherry-Raspberry Vinaigrette

Smoked Beef Short Rib with Braised White Beans, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Greens (meat entree)

OR

Grilled Stuffed Cabbage with buckwheat kasha, farro, roasted mushrooms and spicy tomato sauce (vegetarian entree)

Trumer Taproom's Beer Dinner offers a chance to slow down, savor each course, and learn more about the inspiration behind the pairings. Space is limited to 30, so we encourage reserving your ticket before we sell out. 

Beer + Dinner is a 21+ event. All ticket holders must be at least 21 years of age to participate.
