What are we looking for - Booths that educate paddlers on safety best practices, gear requirements, local regulations, weather/tide awareness, and emergency preparedness — helping our community paddle smarter and safer, on this day and every day after.
- Water safety & first aid organizations — e.g., American Red Cross, local EMS/fire department water rescue teams, CPR/first aid training providers
- Waterway oversight & regulatory agencies — e.g., U.S. Coast Guard/Coast Guard Auxiliary, Washington State Parks & Recreation Commission, WA, Department of Natural Resources, Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife, local harbor patrol/marina authorities
- Paddle sports associations & advocacy groups — e.g., American Canoe Association (ACA), local paddle clubs, SUP/kayak instructor certification bodies
- Environmental & conservation organizations — groups focused on watershed health, marine debris, or habitat protection in South Sound waterways
- Search & rescue / emergency preparedness groups — county SAR teams, local emergency management offices
Booth space is offered at a reduced or waived fee for qualifying informational/nonprofit organizations. We ask that materials stay educational rather than sales-focused.
Don't panic if you don't hear from us right away — we review applications regularly and will get back to you as soon as we can. Our SUP Witches Committee is very busy, and we thank you for your patience!
🔮 Note: This is an application only, not a guaranteed spot in the coven. If you are accepted and approved, you will receive an invoice that needs to be paid within 5 business days to hold your spot. If not, you'll be moved to a waitlist until payment has cleared. You will receive a final confirmation email one week prior to the event with all set up, load-in/load-out, and other event-day instructions.
We strongly encourage all of our vendors to cross-promote and cross-collaborate on social media once you've been accepted to this event.
Set up, break down, and everything in between is on you, coven — come prepared to conjure up something magical, whether it's a bite, a brew, or a bewitching find!
