    What are we looking for?
We're curating a market that feels fully immersed in the spirit of the season, so we're prioritizing vendors offering things like:

    • Witchy apparel, hats, and accessories
    • Halloween decor and home goods
    • Spooky or seasonal candles, soaps, and self-care items
    • Handmade jewelry with a witchy or occult aesthetic
    • Tarot, crystals, and metaphysical goods
    • Halloween-themed art, prints, and stickers
    • Spooky treats and seasonal food/drink items (non-alcoholic — this is a kid-friendly event)
    • Costume accessories, face/body paint, and flash tattoos
    • We'll also have live spooky music setting the mood throughout the event!

If your shop leans into the magic of the season, we'd love to have you join the coven this year. General crafts and non-seasonal items won't be a fit — we're keeping the market fully witchy from top to broom.

Don't panic if you don't hear from us right away — we review applications regularly and will get back to you as soon as we can. Our SUP Witches Committee is very busy, and we thank you for your patience!

🔮 Note: This is an application only, not a guaranteed spot in the coven. If you are accepted and approved, you will receive an invoice that needs to be paid within 5 business days to hold your spot. If not, you'll be moved to a waitlist until payment has cleared. You will receive a final confirmation email one week prior to the event with all set up, load-in/load-out, and other event-day instructions.

We strongly encourage all of our vendors to cross-promote and cross-collaborate on social media once you've been accepted to this event.

Set up, break down, and everything in between is on you, coven — come prepared to conjure up something magical, whether it's a bite, a brew, or a bewitching find!

What are we looking for - Booths that educate paddlers on safety best practices, gear requirements, local regulations, weather/tide awareness, and emergency preparedness — helping our community paddle smarter and safer, on this day and every day after.

    • Water safety & first aid organizations — e.g., American Red Cross, local EMS/fire department water rescue teams, CPR/first aid training providers

    • Environmental & conservation organizations — groups focused on watershed health, marine debris, or habitat protection in South Sound waterways
    • Search & rescue / emergency preparedness groups — county SAR teams, local emergency management offices
