Calling All Crafty Conjurers — Halloween & Witchy Vendors Wanted!
SUP Witches of Oly is brewing up something magical this October, and we're looking for vendors whose wares match the mood — think Halloween, witchy, spooky, and seasonal goods only.

DEADLINE: September 21st
🔮 Note: This is an application ONLY, not a guaranteed spot in the coven. If chosen, you'll receive an invoice followed by a final confirmation email one week before the event. Don't panic if you don't hear from us right away — we review applications regularly and will get back to you as soon as we can. Our SUP Witches Committee is very busy, and we thank you for your patience!
SEPT 6, 2026 UPDATE: We are beginning to do our initial review of applications and we are so thankful for the number of applications that we have received! We only have a limited number of spaces to work with. Our goal is to curate a truly Halloween-worthy lineup — one that captures the witchy, warm, community-forward spirit of this event. That means we'll be reviewing every application with care to make sure it matches our haunted aesthetic.
What happens next:
🕯️ We're combing through every submission by candlelight (okay, mostly daylight, but it sounds better this way)
🕯️ We'll notify all applicants — accepted or not — no later than September 15
🕯️ Accepted vendors will receive next steps, including opportunities to cross-promote and conjure up some shared spooky magic together!
We know waiting is never fun (even witches hate a slow brew), so thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this happily overwhelming response.
