Event Schedule

Day 1

Wednesday, October 22nd – Arrival & Relaxation 

  • Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA)
  • VIP pickup and transfer to your hotel (Gem Suites, Riverside/Dusit Princess)
  • Welcome package in your room
  • Leisure time in the afternoon – optional massage/spa at the hotel
  • Welcome Dinner at Nyama Mama Delta with short welcome remarks from the Sauti Village team

Day 2

Thursday, October 23rd – Practice Round & Cultural Experience

  • Morning: Breakfast at the hotel
  • 8:00 AM: Tee time at Karen Country Club
  • Lunch at the Golf Clubhouse Restaurant (overlooking the greens)
  • Afternoon: Cultural tour of Kazuri Beads & Pottery Centre
  • Evening: Dinner at The Carnivore Restaurant with optional live music and local

Day 3

Friday, October 24th – Tournament Day

  • All Day: Sauti Village Charity Golf Tournament at Limuru Golf Club
  • Breakfast and player briefings
  • 18-hole tournament with lunch on the course and hydration stations
  • Evening: Awards Gala Dinner and entertainment at Limuru Golf Club, including a guest speech by Alexis Belton & PGA reps, networking, and photo ops

Day 4

Saturday, October 25th – Golf Clinic & Mentorship

  • Morning: Breakfast at the hotel
  • 8:00 AM: Tee time at Muthaiga Golf Club
  • Afternoon: Golf Clinic led by Alexis Belton & PGA team with sessions with Kenyan youth golfers (junior mentorship)
  • Panel talk: “Building the Future of African Golf”
  • Evening: Dinner at Mama Ashanti near Gem Suites featuring classic West African cuisine

Day 5

Sunday, October 26th – Advanced Golf Clinic & Local Immersion

  • Morning: Advanced skills clinic with pros (open to local pros & enthusiasts) + Skills challenge and Long Drive exhibition by Alexis
  • Afternoon: Community visit to a Sauti Village youth center/project site in Mathare
  • Evening: Relaxed dinner at Tamarind Nairobi with elegant Swahili seafood overlooking city lights

Day 6

Monday, October 27th – Wildlife & Scenic Experience

  • Morning: Visit to David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Centre
  • Afternoon: Guided drive in Nairobi National Park
  • Evening: Farewell Dinner at About Thyme Restaurant with garden-style continental-African fusion cuisine

Day 7

Tuesday, October 28th – Departure

  • Morning: Optional relaxing spa session or shopping at Village Market or Westgate Mall
  • Midday: Airport transfers based on individual flight times with VIP check-in assistance
