When we began our journey in 2018 the Cleage Mansion provided the allure needed to bring our vision to life. This house already had a reputation for being haunted. So much so that we have opened it up for Paranormal Investigations during our off season. However, during our time here at the mansion we have been lucky enough to capture video, audio and photographic evidence from the property to help substantiate our claims. With nearly 200 years of death and murder inside its walls this house contains a world of paranormal activity. What better place to have a paranormal festival than at an actual haunted location! 

ScreamFest Paranormal Festival has become a kickoff to our Halloween Haunt Season. With over 75 vendors in 2023 and attendance growing every year, our goal is to introduce the thrill seeking, haunted house crowd, and the craft vending community to the wonderful world of the Paranormal that we have all grown to know and love. As a bonus this gives our Paranormal Family a place to gather and trade.
