Event Description
Our annual banquet will be held at the iHotel and Illinois Conference Center located at 1900 S. First St., Champaign, on Saturday, January 24th, 2026, at 6pm.
Cost is $20/person. Spouses/partners/significant others are welcome.
Event schedule:
6pm - Cocktails (cash bar) and socializing;
630pm - Dinner;
7pm - Annual meeting - Recap of 2025, circuit awards, annual club awards
Buffet Menu
Entrees:
Herbed Baked Chicken (halal, gluten-free)
Spinach and Ricotta Lasagna (vegetarian)
Sides:
Garlic Mashed Potatoes (gluten free)
Green Beans with Roasted Garlic Oil (gluten-free, vegan)
Dessert:
Assorted Cookies
(Gluten-free options were built into the menu, but please select during registration. If you need a Vegan plate, please select during registration and we can accommodate.)
Cash bar for any alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic beverages will be covered by Second Wind.
