Soup for the Soul Charity Event
To benefit the Seeds of Hope's Backpack Program
When: Sunday, March 29, 2026
Time: 5pm-7pm
Where: Presbyterian Church of Bloomingdale
710 E. Bloomingdale Ave
Event Tickets include: endless bowls of six (or more!) “Celebrity Chef” soups
, bread, salad, and dessert.

This event is led by Seeds of Hope high school and middle school volunteers who commit to giving back to their community by delivering boxes of food to people in need every Thursday and filling backpacks at Barrington Middle School every Wednesday.
Every week, these student volunteers see the need grow in our community; many have volunteered for years. This fundraiser will help our middle school students continue their efforts to fill backpacks with food for students who have food insecurity so they and their families will have food on the weekend. Our backpack program is our biggest expense - this fundraiser will help us to continue to say "yes" to the next social worker that calls to say they have a new student family in need.
Please note: To maximize sales, we ask guests to be flexible with seating arrangements due to our limited table configurations.
