The Sitrin Riggiefest will be held on Sunday, October 12, in the Wildcat Field House at SUNY Polytechnic Institute campus at the conclusion of the Sitrin Riggie Run & Walk from 11am-12:30pm. At this event, local restaurants will showcase their version of this famous Utica dish. Everyone is invited to try the various chicken riggies and cast their vote to determine the area's best riggies. Entry fee for adults is $10, children 6-11 is $5 and children under 5 are free.

Participating restaurants include Ambasador, Maggiolino’s, Teddy’s, Tony’s of Washington Mills, Tony’s Pizzeria & Deli, Trackside, Pizzeria Italia, Old School Bar & Grill, Wildcat Hospitality, Portofino, Hot Off The Brick, Food Rescue Food Truck, Jonny B’s Tavern, American Pie of Rome, Artani’s, McGill’s, Momma's Comfort Foods LLC, and Marine Corps League.

All proceeds benefit the Sitrin Military Program which provides comprehensive, complimentary care to post-9/11 veterans and service members affected by post-traumatic stress, suicidal ideations, traumatic brain injuries, depression, and other combat-related conditions.
