The Sitrin Riggiefest will be held on Sunday, October 12, in the Wildcat Field House at SUNY Polytechnic Institute campus at the conclusion of the Sitrin Riggie Run & Walk from 11am-12:30pm. At this event, local restaurants will showcase their version of this famous Utica dish. Everyone is invited to try the various chicken riggies and cast their vote to determine the area's best riggies. Entry fee is $10.
