No refunds are allowed. However, you can transfer tickets to a different time, date, or to a friend if you are unable to attend at your scheduled time.

Your ticket includes:

• Unlimited tubing during your scheduled session

• A provided snow tube

• Access to the tubing hill

• Either a rope tow lift or stair access, depending on the ticket type

• Rope Tow Tubing includes a tow rope to pull you back up the hill. This costs $19.02 per session (including fees).

• Hike-Up (Stairs) Tubing uses a staircase for guests who prefer a lower-cost option. This costs $11.60 per session (including fees).

Both options use the same tubing lanes and provide the same fun experience.

Each session lasts two hours, giving guests plenty of time for unlimited runs.

Yes! Snow tubing is designed for all ages. Children must be able to safely ride in a tube, and younger guests may be required to ride with an adult depending on conditions.
