Rental of the Welcome Center and Butterfly Garden Gazebo (“Little White Church along the Trail”) are by arrangement with the WGWL Trail Association. Call (641)985-2485. Deposit and signature of responsible party required. Rules for proper care and maintenance apply for each location.

The Welcome Center has two levels and the Butterfly Garden Gazebo each rent for $75. The Welcome Center lower level includes the north patio garden area.
If the event is a wedding, past experience shows that request is made for the upper level. However, experience shows the wedding party does not confine itself to just the upper level. Therefore, the charge has to be for the full building at $150.
For any event, the following rules apply.
1. There is a rental fee. Welcome Center lower level $75. Welcome Center upper level $75. Small weddings on the main level plus prep area - lower level = $150 for both levels.
2. Additionally, there is a security/maintenance deposit $75. If the facility is left clean and as it was, this money is returned.
3. Please observe the following. Do no move the pews, furniture or artifacts. If there is a special need for picture taking or ceremony, please state it on the application. Application prior to the rental along with fees are required. 

Use of facilities without prior arrangement will result in a $250 fine.  The entire rental policy is available when booking, plus the additional info form and $75 security deposit.

These facilities have been used for graduation parties, small weddings, receptions, concerts, dramatic performances, lectures, panel discussions, dinners, meetings, family reunions, class reunions, award ceremonies, piano recitals, community sings, and church services.  Event Parking is located one block to the south at 207 East Cherry Street or along Hwy 9.
