strongHER Clinic at Bellbrook High School in Bellbrook, Ohio (Dayton Area)

What to expect:
The strongHER Clinic is a one-day interactive experience for female athletes of all sports along with their coaches, parents & other supporters. Nationally & locally known speakers help athletes understand how to be mentally, physically & emotionally at their best. Each event ticket includes entry into the event, lunch, and an event t-shirt.
Event Schedule:
9:30am Check-In
10:00am - 3:00pm Speaker Presentations (lunch break included thanks to Brooks & Second Sole)
Ticket Pricing:
$40 per student-athlete
$30 per coach | parent | adult supporter
Each ticket includes lunch and an event t-shirt. T-shirt sizes guaranteed for registrations made by July 14th. All proceeds are reinvested into future programming offered by Women in Coaching.
Women in Coaching is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2022 by female coaches in Ohio. We provide opportunities and support for female coaches so we can promote the personal, social, and athletic development of all athletes.
Speakers
Rita Sommerlot
Rita is a legendary coach from Centerville High School who helped pave the way for girls to compete in sports as a result of Title IX. She coached numerous State Champions during her storied career from 1976-1989, and still gives back today. She is also an honored member of the Ohio Association of Track & Cross Country Coaches Hall of Fame.
Taylor Robertson
Reporter and multimedia journalist with WHIO TV7 in Dayton. She is a graduate of Wayne High School and the University of Dayton where she ran track as a student athlete.
Dr. Katie Krebs
Orthopedic Sports Medicine Doctor with Premier Health and former NCAA D1 student-athlete at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC where she competed in cross country and track and field.
Dr. Paul Krebs
Orthopedic Sports Medicine Doctor with Premier Health with a special interest in interventional ultrasound procedures and platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections.
Victoria Smith, PT
Physical therapist with Premier Health and former NCAA D1 collegiate cross country and track runner at Wright State University and the University of Dayton.
Carly Archambeau, PT
Physical therapist with Premier Health who comes from a multisport background competing in the sports of soccer, swimming, and track and field, and also has competed in cross country, tennis, and basketball. She also has experience as a swim coach.
Rick Wemple
Mental performance coach and certified personal trainer. Graduate of Yale where he earned NCAA Division I All-American honors in cross country and won 6 Ivy League track titles in the Mile, 1500, 1000 & Distance Medley Relay.
