strongHER Clinic at Midview Middle School in Grafton, Ohio (Lorain County)

What to expect:
The strongHER Clinic is a one-day interactive experience for female athletes of all sports along with their coaches, parents & other supporters. Nationally & locally known speakers help athletes understand how to be mentally, physically & emotionally at their best. Each event ticket includes entry into the event, lunch, and an event t-shirt.
Event Schedule:
9:30am Check-In
10:00am - 3:00 pm Speaker Presentations (lunch break included thanks to Brooks & Second Sole)
Ticket Pricing:
$40 per student-athlete
$30 per coach | parent | adult supporter
Each ticket includes lunch and an event t-shirt. T-shirt sizes guaranteed for registrations made by July 14th. All proceeds are reinvested into future programming offered by Women in Coaching.
Women in Coaching is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2022 by female coaches in Ohio. We provide opportunities and support for female coaches so we can promote the personal, social, and athletic development of all athletes.

Michelle Sikes
Penn State University, Asst. Professor of Kinesiology, African Studies, and History, OHSAA Track & Cross Country State Champ, NCAA 5000m Champ, former professional runner representing the USA at the 2007 World Track & Field Championship.
Angi McRobbie
Licensed massage therapist, certified Rossiter Coach, certified RPR Coach, and owner of Dynamic Sports Massage Recovery.
Kiersten Grumbos
Mental Performance Coach with Sharpen Skills Training. Graduate of Twinsburg High School and member of the varsity soccer team who went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Sport Leadership and Management, specializing in Sport Psychology, from Miami University.
Gabrielle Grumbos
Mental Performance Coach with Sharpen Skills Training. Graduate of Twinsburg High School and member of the varsity softball team who went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology from West Virginia University and a Master of Science in Sport Leadership and Management, specializing in Sport Psychology, from Miami University.
Dr. Allison Schroeder, MD
MetroHealth board-certified sports medicine physician. She was a three-sport high school athlete, competing in soccer, basketball, and track. In high school, she was the Ohio Division II state champion in the 300-meter hurdles and went on to run track at the University of Notre Dame.

Matt Frantz
Licensed Dietitian. Owner of GO Nutrition and Cross Country & Track coach at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School.
