Strong for Spring: A Runner’s Performance Workshop - March 5th, 6:15 PM
Spring racing season is approaching — and mileage alone isn’t enough.
This 75-minute performance-driven workshop is built specifically for runners preparing for half and full marathons who want to hold pace, stay durable, and finish strong.
Led by Jason Lakritz DPT and David Alfano DPT of Profunctional Running, this session will break down the most common mechanical breakdowns that show up late in races — and what to do about them.
You’ll learn:
• The key strength gaps that cause late-stage fatigue
• How hip stability, posterior chain strength, and ankle stiffness impact efficiency
• Live movement screens to identify your weak links
• A practical, runner-specific strength circuit you can implement immediately
• How to lift 1–2x per week without compromising mileage
This is not a bootcamp and not a generic strength class. It’s a focused, hands-on session designed to help serious runners translate strength into race-day performance.
Spots are limited to 20 athletes to allow for individualized attention.
