Join Troutman Parks & Recreation and Danny Gathings with DG Basketball Academy for a fun-filled 4-day camp at South Iredell High School to learn basketball skills, techniques, and fundamentals of the game. Camp runs Mon- Thursday from 9 am-12 noon, and will be held in the Auxiliary Gym. $85/athlete. Please bring a water bottle. A camp t-shirt will be provided. 

Grades 2, 3, 4: July 17-20- 9am-12noon
Grades 5, 6, 7: July 24-27- 9am-12noon

Danny Gathings is an American former professional basketball player. He spent time playing in Finland and Sweden after completing his collegiate career in the United States at High Point University. In 2003–04, he was the Big South Conference's player of the year. Gathings has extensive professional experience in youth athletics, the local public school system, serving as a Sports and Athletic Director, and coaching and mentoring. Troutman Parks and Recreation is excited to partner with him to bring this camp to our community this summer!
