Event Description

Start your morning surrounded by nature at the Susquehannock Wildlife Conservation Center! Join Conservation Director John Garrison for a brief meadow walk to learn about local bird conservation and spot birds along the way. After the walk, enjoy a gentle sunrise yoga practice led by Lexie Hash, RYT-200, as you connect with the peaceful landscape and begin your day.

Designed for all experience levels, including beginners, this gentle vinyasa flow will guide you through intuitive, unhurried movements synchronized with your breath, helping you release the stresses of the day and settle into the evening.

Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. This class is weather permitting.

The event takes place Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 7:00–8:15 AM at the Susquehannock Wildlife Conservation Center in Darlington, Maryland. Tickets are required.
