We have a block of rooms at the DoubleTree with a rate of $159.00 + tax and includes breakfast and parking.

Be sure to ask for the Texas Association of Sports Officials block. Last day to reserve a room at the TASO rate is February 13, 2026.

For chapters that send representatives to the February Chapter Officer's Meeting, TASO Football will reimburse the chapter:

• Round-trip mileage for TWO cars at the current state mileage rate OR Round trip airfare (3 week advance purchase) for TWO members, whichever is less.

• TWO hotel rooms at the meeting hotel, for one night if the chapter is located outside a 150 mile radius from the hotel meeting location.

Again, TASO will send a check to the chapter and you can work it out with your chapter.
