The Trauma Informed Leadership Training (TILT) is a two-day experience purposed to equip leaders with strategies to address the drama and trauma that interfere with the growth and development of its members/employees and the organization as a whole.
Participants will engage in activities that will help them learn more about the impact of trauma and how to help people find their authentic selves.
Led by three business owners and trauma trainers, Dr. Dora Washington, Teri Pursley, and Shaneice Miller Thomas, this event blends professional insight with personal experience for a unique and powerful impact.
