Yes, General Admission tickets will be purchasable with cash at the gate.

4PM - Doors Open for General Admission (grab some food, a drink, play some games and peruse the vendor tables)

5PM - Leeds Devils Armored Combat Round 1 Starts (enjoy the action)

6PM - Arms Up (combat break for the fighters, chat with the combatants, try on their armor, pose for a photo)

7PM - Leeds Devils Armored Combat Round 2 Starts (enjoy the action)

8PM - Event Ends

Yes, upon entry you will receive a wristband, as long as you keep it on you will be abel to return to the event.

Yes, we will have faire food and snacks, soft drinks, and beer from Spellbound Brewing for guests over 21 years of age available for purchase.

We highly recommend a chair or blanket as there is no provided seating in the lawn. Renaissance Faire costumes are appropriate, however please keep them family friendly and make sure any accessories follow the event rules.

• No outside food or drinks
• Bring your own chair/blanket for seating
• Peace-Bonding Required: Real weapons, blades, or sharp metal props are strictly prohibited. Plastic, foam, or wooden costume props are allowed but must be inspected and peace-bonded (zip-tied/tagged) at security.
• No Functional Projectiles: Bows may be brought as props only if unstrung or rendered completely inoperable. Arrows must have padded or removed tips.
• No Pool Facility Access: Event entry does not include access to the pool facilities. Swimming or entering pool enclosures is strictly prohibited.
• Footwear Required: Costume footwear must fully cover soles—no walking barefoot on grounds, grass, or gravel.
• Child Supervision: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Only certified service animals are permitted on event grounds. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed.
• Family-Friendly Environment: Costumes and behavior must remain family-friendly. Explicit, dangerous, or overly vulgar attire/behavior will result in removal without refund.
• No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping is restricted to designated parking/smoking areas only.
• Vendor & Reenactor Courtesy: Do not touch vendor merchandise, reenactor gear, or props without permission.

No pets are allowed at Tarnsfield Swim Club

The rain date for the event is October 3, 2026. In the event we get rain on the rain date, the fighters intend on competing regardless.

Street parking is available, however the club parking lot is reserved for handicapped individuals, vendors, and VIPs.

The event is kid-friendly, however due to the nature of armored combat, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please see the event rules for more information:

Yes, there is a small transfer processing fee, however tickets are transferrable until one week before the event, September 5, 2026
