How to Purchase a Ticket
- Select a 3-day or single day ticket.
- Add the quantity you'd like to purchase.
- Each person must have their own ticket.
- Kids 5 & under are free, their ticket can only be added to a cart with 6 & up tickets included.
- If you misrepresent your child's age purposefully or by mistake, the Child Festival Pass you booked will be forfeited and a new pass will be issued for the correct age group applying full 3-Day Festival Pass price. new total will be charged to the credit card at time of purchase.
- Even if you are only joining us for one day and you need a 5 & Under ticket, please add the 3-day pass for your child.
Check In Information
- Check-in will begin on Thursday, 8.8.24 at 4:00pm at the Ticket Booth.
- Ticket Booth Hours:
- Thursday: 4:00pm - 6:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 10:00pm
- Saturday 9:00am - 10:00pm
- Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Please have your Ticket Purchase confirmation QR code either printed out or on your phone. Please remember that wifi can be spotty, we recommend taking a screenshot of your QR code.
Cancellation Policy
- All tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred via TicketSignUp. More information is forthcoming on transfers.
- The transfer process is directly through the TicketSignUp platform, please do not call the resort for ticket transfers.
- Tickets can be transferred up until August 8, 2024.
