Yes! We accept all CC and Cash, no checks. 

There are no refunds. If we have to cancel a show due to weather or any reason we will announce it on Facebook right away. We are still open when it rains, we only close if it is dangerous on our paths. If you purchased a ticket online you are welcome to come back any other day that we are open during the same season. Just show your QR code at check in and you will be all set. No need to do anything further. 

Our Gates to enter will open 1.5 hours before the time of show. Our ticket booth will open 15-30 minutes before show depending on the night. We are open October 2-31st every Friday-Sunday and we have our Special 16 and older event Blood Bash on Thursday Octo 29th. 

We are excited for you to come spend an evening with us so parking is FREE for you! Save the $5-$20 other places charge and enjoy the greatest words there are...FREE. 

Our event is Outdoors. We are a 1.5 mile long haunted trail. But! We have a ton of covered seating! So if it sprinkles any night, don't worry! We also have burn barrels around as well to stand by and enjoy a truly halloween fall in Michigan! 

We have seen all ages come through our haunt. Our normal Halloween event can be scary for some but we advice you use your best judgement! There is no profanity or mature content at this haunt. (Except for the one night which is Blood Bash one night only event Oct 29th) If your kid loves scary movies and halloween then come on out. If its yours or a childs first time and you are unsure, ask for our Monster Repellant at the door or add it on to your ticket when you check out. It will make your experience less scary and just more fun! 

Absolutley! We have all kinds of spooky treats and drinks on site at our Concession stand for an after dinner type delight! For those 21 and older we have a bar right behind our stage to enjoy some halloween adult beverages. 

We are still open in rain. We only close if the weather is severe and our paths would seem unsafe. We will post immedietely on Facebook if we have to close. In any case we do close, your ticket will be available for any other day during the same season. Just show up, check in at our "online" check in line and you will be good to go!

Wait times to enter the attraction can get longer as we get closer to halloween. This is true to any haunted attraction!

If you really do not like to wait at all here are a few tips!

• Come on a Sunday.
• Come the first weekend we are open.
• Be some of the first people on site and in line to check in with your online pass or to buy tickets at the location.
• Come towards the very end of the night. Our ticket booth closes at 11:00pm on fridays and saturdays and 9:30pm on sundays. come about 30-40 minutes closer to those times and your wait will be alot shorter.
• Buy a VIP Fast Pass: General admission gets put on a virtual wait list, with VIP Fast pass you get to enter the VIP line whenever you want and waits are usually no more than 15 minutes. 
• Buy the Ultimate zombie pass and get everything included with our add ons plus get a special escort to enter immedietely into the haunt, no waits, no lines, just head right in! 
• Check in with our staff with your wrist band we already gave you and a photo id. We will take your information down and transfer you on any other night of the same season. 

Please note: We understand waiting can be stressful and you are eager to enter for some fun, but please be patient on our busiest of nights. There are families and kids who get scared and we have to help encourage them to enter when its time. Sometimes there are emergencies that delay the show due to misbehavior by guests. Please be kind to our staff, we all have every day jobs and are here doing this to give you a fun night! We also attend other events and attractions and know a wait can be stressful. But instead of getting mad about it please choose one of the above options. We work hard to bring everyone a fun time and appreciate everyone who comes to visit us! Thank you for being kind! 

If something comes up and you can not wait please go up to the ticket booth and turn in your wrist band, show your ID and our staff will take down your information and inform you to come back another night. 

please do not just leave and expect to come back another night. Once we check you in it will show you as already having entered the attraciton and our wrist bands change every night all season. To avoid a headache head to our staff members for help.
