Event Description
The Gonzales Jambalaya Festival — 59 years of wood-fired Louisiana heritage — returns to Lamar Dixon Expo Center May 21–24, 2026, and you’re invited to the table.
Four days. Hundreds of black-iron pots. The World Champion Jambalaya Cook-Off, three nights of Louisiana music on the Main Stage, a full carnival midway, family-friendly games, and more food than one weekend should hold. Same recipe. More room to make memories.
Thursday is Family Night — free admission, free parking, kids 12 & under always free. Friday and Sunday are just $5, Saturday is $10, or grab a Weekend Pass for $15 and hit all four days.
This is Our Town. Our Fire. Our Festival.
