Thanksgiving Week Vendor Booths

White Barn Farm will be a busy place the week of Thanksgiving! Our community will be stopping by to pick up shares, pre-orders and all of their Thanksgiving feast needs! We thought this would be the perfect opportunity to let our community of artisans access these shoppers who will be in need of hosting gifts and maybe a little early Holiday shopping!

There are multiple days available - you're welcome to sign up for as many as you would like!  We will be advertising heavily for Thanksgiving week, so sign up early for maximum exposure!

Prices vary from weekday to weekend. Weekday spots will be limited and we will have booths set up in front of the farmstand for maximum visibility! On the weekend we will have the front-of-the-stand spots (first come first serve) and additional market space behind the greenhouse.  In the event of extreme cold or weather, the farm stand may choose to close and we will offer a rescheduling option or refund for your fee.

Set Up/Break Down:

This event will be held on the farm stand side of the property.

Booths must be set up by 9:45am on the day of the event.

Break down begins at 2:00pm.  

Check in and set up begins at 8:45am on the day of the event.  

Vendors are responsible for fully breaking down their booth and removing all items including all trash from their space.

Additional set up instructions will be forthcoming.

Important Information:

White Barn Farm truly values the time and labor our local artisans put into making their creations. As a local small business we love promoting and showcasing the wonderful things folks in our communities are making.  We do not permit imports or mass-produced/assembled products. Participants must provide their own tent, tent weights, tables and chairs. Participants must provide their own attractive displays sturdy enough to withstand crowds, wind and weather.  All tents must be staked to the ground and weighted.  All booth items including tables, signs and displays must fit in the allotted 10' x 10' space.  Each vendor should have their exhibit space attended at all times. Displays are left at your own risk.  Exhibiting artists are responsible for obtaining a MA sales tax number and collecting MA state sales tax. Anyone selling food other than that which has been pre-packaged in an approved commercial/residential kitchen must contact the Wrentham Board of Health @ 508-384-5480 for a permit.
