Event Description
Join us for a special Thursday night event where we learn how to properly fuel, run, and recover! During our warm up, Katie Heyl from Rooted Nutrition and Health will chat with us about all things nutrition, and then we'll head out on the trail for a 3 mile run or walk with Julia from Charm City Run! After our run, Karen from Flexible Warrior will lead us in a runner-specific stretching session! There will be time afterwards to ask Katie any nutrition questions you may have as well as chat with Julia about any shoe or apparel questions, and Karen will be available to answer any yoga/stretching related questions. All are welcome!
