Is this only for RunSignup Certified Timers?

You do not need to be a Certified Timer to attend this event. This is for all timers -whether you use RunSignup’s registration and RaceDay technology or other providers in the industry. However, you will get more value from this if you have a general understanding of the RaceDay technology provided by RunSignup.

Where will the Timer Tour take place?

The Timer Tour will have four different stops to reach as many timers as possible. The stops include Houston TX, Detroit MI, Charlotte NC, and Denver CO.

Will Certification Training be provided?

No, we will not be doing certification training. If you wish to become certified in RaceDay Scoring, RaceJoy, RaceDay CheckIn, and/or RunSigup’s platform, you can complete the certification courses using the recorded version of these sessions. Click here to access. 

Who from RunSignup will be attending the tour sites?

This will vary some by site location, but you will can expect to spend time with the RaceDay team, including James Harris, Crisp McDonald, Matt Avery, and Shelly Harris.  

I have a lot of questions. Will there be time for me to ask all of them?

Bring your questions! If we can't get through them all during the presentation, we'll have our laptops and will be happy to take a look at your race in the second half of the evening.

Can I schedule one-on-one time with someone?

Sure, if you would like to schedule time with someone from the RaceDay team, email shelly@runsignup.com. 

Five hours is a long time. Will there be food or drinks?

Yes! Our networking happy hour includes drinks (alcoholic and otherwise), as well as a casual dinner. Leave the credit card at home - it's on us as a thank you for joining us. 

I want to sign up, but I don't have my work scheduled yet. Should I still register?

Sure! Space is limited, so if you want to make sure there's room for you, sign up. Just make sure that if things change you come back and let us know ASAP so we can open that spot up for someone else!

Something came up. Can I cancel my registration?

Of course! We appreciate it if you will so we can release your spot to someone else. Just use this contact form to let us know you're unable to attend.
