The High School Invite
2:00pm - 7:00pm

An An NFHS-Sanctioned High School and Unattached/Club High School Invitational with heats of the 100m, 200m, 800m, Mile, Two Mile, 100m Hurdles, 110m Hurdles, 4x400m Relay, High Jump, Long Jump, and Shot Put. This event is open to high school runners of all ability levels.

The high school program will conclude with the seeded New Balance sections of the 800m and Mile. 

Miles After Dark
7:30pm - 9:00pm

Once the high school races wrap up and the sun sets, the energy shifts to Miles After Dark, where runners of all ages and abilities can race the mile under the lights. Heats will progressively get faster throughout the evening, with pacers in every race to help runners hit their goal times. This part of the event will also feature some high performance 800s and 1500s.
