RunSignup Training Camps are one-day sessions designed to get race directors up to speed on technology and help optimize your race setups – fast. Your Raleigh RunSignup Training Camp combines the best parts of RunSignup University (hands-on training and dedicated one-on-one help) and RunSignup Roadshows (multiple locations) to bring more education to more race directors.

How It Works
Two options will be available to you throughout the day: the Classroom, and the Study Hall. Get instruction in the Classroom, and head over to Study Hall for personal assistance.
The Classroom will have structured, hands-on classes on key topics for race directors.
Study Hall is your time. Bring your laptop and all your questions, and the RunSignup team will help you work through your challenges in real time.
Lunch and light happy hour food & drinks will be provided.

FAQ: About RunSignup Training Camps
RunSignup Training Camps are one-day sessions designed to get race directors up to speed on technology and help optimize their race setups – fast. Training Camps combine the best parts of RunSignup University (hands-on training and dedicated one-on-one help) and RunSignup Roadshows (multiple locations) to bring more education to more race directors.
Everyone is welcome. While some classes will be more specific to RunSignup technology, many classes will have learnings for everyone.
Early bird pricing for a RunSignup Training Camp is $50. Price will increase to $70 on 1/12.
Registration includes lunch, happy hour, a full day of classes, hands-on study hall time, and takeaway materials for reviewing at home.
You are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague at any point. If you can no longer make it, please use the Contact Us form to let us know as early as possible and we will provide a refund.
All levels are welcome. We recommend at least going through the setup Wizard prior to arriving so you have an active race to work on. Some classes may be a bit more advanced, but you are welcome to work at your own pace and the team in Study Hall is happy to help!
Yes! Stop over to Study Hall and you can sit down with a RunSignup team member to get your questions answered.
Bring yourself and a laptop (and charger)! Everything else you need will be available on-site.
No. RunSignup Training Camps are hands-on, and do not translate directly to online content. We will provide webinars on any content that can be converted, but the true power of Training Camps is the active work and direct support.
FAQ: Raleigh Details
A free parking lot is available on-site. In the event the lot is full, ample street parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
If you're local to Raleigh, the 21 bus drops off in front of Maywood, and the 7 bus has a stop 1/2 mile away.
The Classroom & Study Hall for the Raleigh Training Camp are located in the Maywood Hall just beyond downtown Raleigh, at 622 Maywood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27603.
After class wraps up, we'll host an on-site happy hour for you to network with your fellow race directors and the RunSignup team.
We'll update this with complete menus as we get a little closer, but lunch will be provided on-site at Maywood Hall. For Happy Hour, alcoholic and N/A options will be available, along with light food.
Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you register. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's needs, and will let you know if we have anything we cannot accommodate so you can prepare accordingly.
We do not have an official host hotel because Training Camp activities span only one (full) day. However, there are multiple hotels within two miles of Maywood Hall if you plan to stay overnight.
