At the heart of it all, Triva with a Vision is a fundraising event created to support the Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired. All proceeds support educational and therapeutic services for kids who are blind or visually impaired in the KC area & beyond! The Children’s Center for the Visually Impaired (CCVI) has been serving Kansas City for nearly 75 years by providing educational and therapeutic services to blind & visually impaired children, including those with multiple disabilities! Whether it’s in a family’s home for a vision evaluation, on site for therapy, or an O&M lesson in a local school district, our mission remains the same: to prepare children with visual impairments, including those with multiple disabilities, to reach their highest potential in the sighted world!
