We’re searching for the next wave of models and actors ready to take their careers to the next level. At UPNEXT MGMT® we don’t believe in overcrowded, impersonal auditions - our open call is designed to provide real industry exposure and direct connections with top agents and casting professionals. It is our mission to educate families and performers on the steps to building and managing a successful career in entertainment.

We’re selecting 25 standout performers to join us in Orlando, FL, this August for an exclusive industry showcase, where they’ll train with top-tier coaches, perform in front of leading agencies, and gain the skills needed to book major opportunities. With only 200 spots available, you'll get direct access to top agents, managers, and casting professionals looking for fresh faces in modeling, TV, and film. Each year, this international showcase brings together top-tier industry professionals and provides an intensive, career-accelerating experience. From specialized masterclasses to one-on-one networking with VIPs, this event is designed to give serious talent a competitive edge.

Showcase Categories Include:

🎬 TV Commercial: Perform a 30-second television commercial live to showcase your brand representation skills.
🎥 Film Scene: Deliver a 90-second film scene with a partner to highlight your acting range.
🎭 Improv: Perform a 45-second improvisational scene from a surprise prompt—fun, fast, and unscripted!
👠 High Fashion Runway: Showcase your fashion-forward walk and presence on the catwalk.
🖼️ Photography Runway: Walk the runway while two professional photos are displayed to highlight your print appeal.
🏖️ Swim & Sportswear Runway: Present a swim or athletic outfit to show physique and suitability for activewear campaigns.
⚽ Sporty Kids Runway: Kids show off their favorite sport outfit or uniform with energy and personality.
🎤 Talent: Showcase a special skill - singing, dancing, comedy, magic, martial arts, or another approved specialty act.
