PROST! — An Oktoberfest Supper Club

Raise a glass and join us for a four-course celebration inspired by the flavors of Bavaria. This September, Supper Club is going Oktoberfest with warm beer cheese, crispy schnitzel, slow-braised beef, house-made spätzle, and a baked apple finale.

Expect bold flavors, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, carefully prepared courses, and optional curated beer, wine, and bourbon pairings throughout the evening.

THE MENU

COURSE ONE — BEER CHEESE FONDUE
House-made beer cheese fondue with warm soft pretzel, smoked sausage, roasted apple, cornichons, and whole-grain mustard.

COURSE TWO — CRISPY PORK SCHNITZEL
Crispy pork schnitzel with warm apple-cabbage slaw, house-made mustard cream, fresh herbs, and lemon.

COURSE THREE — DUNKEL-BRAISED BEEF
Slow-braised beef with house-made brown butter spätzle, roasted carrots, caramelized onion, and rich dunkel jus.

COURSE FOUR — BAKED BAVARIAN APPLE
Warm baked apple filled with pretzel-pecan strudel, served with vanilla mascarpone and dunkel caramel.
