On Sunday, February 13, 2022 at 3 p.m. at Girard Park, Quadrant Fit will offer a very special Valentine's themed Yoga Play in the Park! This donation-based one hour class will combine elements of yoga and creative movement, plus offer a craft project and a snack. Yoga Play is for all ages and groups, including families with children or friends who want to get silly -- because we all need more time to play. Pre-registration is required so we have an accurate headcount for supplies and snacks. All materials and time are being donated. All donations will go to the Playground Fund to build a new playground at the Reach Institute's First Lutheran campus. We will meet at the Petanque Courts at Girard Park near the corner of Girard Park Lane and Girard Park Drive, behind the ULL Alumni Center. If necessary, rain-out plans will be communicated via email and social media.
